Marco Alberti is the CEO, mastermind and founder of Murakamy. A strong fascination for the unknown has guided his ways, on which he has always been open for new ventures. Even his own restaurant was part of the journey.
Marco describes himself as: “Business Activist for mindful leadership and a meaningful life with ease. Teaching about purpose driven organizations and the right goals with OKRs.”
In his personal life he enjoys great food and wine, reading books and navigating the seas.

Ilka von Platen-Hallermund has been helping Teams to successfully roll out OKRs since 2018. Her professional roots are in the fast-paced, West Coast startup ecosystem of Vancouver, Canada, where she consulted mostly hyper-growth startups. With family roots in Germany, plus two years of change management and organizational development consulting in Germany, she is a natural translator between European and North American corporate cultures. In her personal life, she travels around the world exploring non-corporate cultures as well, enjoying diverse foods and the universal power of unsolicited smiles.

Sebastian Nienaber has joined Murakamy in 2018. As a venture developer he supported different hyper-growth startups for the german VC Rocket Internet and co-founded the e-commerce company Dealstreet. When he dropped out of Rocket, Sebastian helped dozens of technology startups at the interface of product, finance and funding in Germany, England and the USA. Sebastian is also the founder of Shift Retreats and the Shift Foundation, where he offers coaching and retreats in order to support transformations and change management.

Christian Damke has joined Murakamy and OKR Academy in 2018. With backgrounds in Economics he worked in development in Honduras and in different consultancies thereafter. After his MBA at the IESE Business School he joined the Bertelsmann Entrepreneur’s program with focus on transformational processes in the media industry. In 2010 he founded Skoobe, a Spotify for books, co-funded by Bertelsmann and Holtzbrinck. As CEO he was always interested in effective management methods, and implemented OKRs at Open Publishing.
In private life he recharges in the mountains, on a bike or skis and loves to explore the sea on a sailboat. He also holds the world record in relay reading (with the Skoobe Team).

Tilman Schwarz joined Murakamy and OKR Academy in 2018. He holds a Master’s Degree and a MBA in International Management. As the founder of the petrol head community FUELISH, business consultant and university lecturer his focus lies in the innovation and startup environment. Before his own ventures he worked for the EQS Group in Munich and Hong Kong, where he managed projects in internationalization, M&A and Change Management and made his way up to COO Asia Pacific. In private life, Tilman’s is enthusiastic about classic and fast cars and motorbikes.

Mathias Herrmann joined Murakamy and the OKR Academy in 2018. He studied Business Law and IT and has been helping companies succeed in transformational processes in the context of innovation and digitization for more than 15 years. After his position as technical advisor to the board of the German Aereon AG, he worked in different engagements as CTO and CEO in both Digital and Marketing Agencies until he founded the digital transformation advisory company ALLEHERZEN in 2015.
In his private life, he is a passionate diver. He also enjoys cooking and great wines.

Hardy Trenschok joined Murakamy and the OKR Academy in 2018. He Graduated from Business School in 2007 and founded the Creative and Innovation Agency Rohbau & Sonnenschein in 2010. His Focus lies on Strategic Marketing and Business Model Optimization.

In private life he supports the german football team of “Mainz 05”, is a passionate card player and enjoys a good Gin and Tonic.

Korbinian Riedl joined Murakamy in 2015 as OKR Coach and has built up the OKR Academy from the beginning. He studied intercultural communications and marketing in his Bachelor’s degree and holds a Master’s Degree in industrial engineering. After some years in digital marketing for different companies he discovered his fascination for leadership and supports Teams with the implementation of OKRs. His learnings and experience go into the different formats and courses the OKR Academy offers.

In private life, his passion leads him to foreign cultures, the mountains and the sea.
